Sweet Alchemy is a small-batch confection atelier based in Double Oak, Texas, crafting refined sweets from simple ingredients using time-honored techniques and patient craftsmanship.
Drawing inspiration from centuries-old traditions across the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Europe, each confection reflects a deep respect for the transformation of sugar, honey, spice, and fruit through heat, air, and time. From torrone and nougat to halva-style confections, pâte de fruit, and caramel work, Sweet Alchemy explores the intersection of history, texture, and flavor.
